Useful Information

Handmade Products

Every item on the CoCo Crafts website has been handmade by myself in a smoke and pet free environment. Every item is unique and each product may vary slightly from another of the same design, adding to its exclusivity. I only buy fabric in limited quantity so once it has run out I will not get any more of that pattern. The majority of items are one of a kind or limited quantity, and I make no guarantees of availability.

I have made every effort to display accurate colors in the photographs on this web site, however, due to numerous variations in the settings of your monitor, I can not guarantee that the colors that you view on your screen are the exact colors of the items.

Fabric Care

All the bags are fully lined with extra layers to increase their sturdiness and durability. However, the majority of the fabrics are cottons so you must remember that they are not as hard wearing as materials such as leather and will be subject to natural wear and tear over time. If you treat your bag with love and care though, it will repay the kindness.

The majority of the bags can be washed on a cool cycle, dried flat and then lightly ironed to bring it back to its former glory. The only items I would not recommend washing are those with wooden hands or clasp frames or where I have specified in the product description. In these cases I would recommend spot cleaning. Periodic ironing will also keep you bag looking crisp and new.

Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be 100% happy with your CoCo Crafts purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied then please contact me.

You can return an item and exchange it for something else or receive a store credit within 7 days of your purchase. The postage and packaging costs are non refundable and you are responsible for the cost of the return postage. However, you will not be charged for postage on your exchange item or when you come to use your store credit.

Custom or customised orders are non refundable or returnable unless there is an error in the order. If your custom order has not been made to the specifications that you asked then please contact me and I will endeavor to correct your order as quickly as possible.

Please email returns@cococrafts.co.uk before you return an item stating the order number, which item(s) you are returning and the reason. I will then provide you with a returns number that must be quoted in your return package. Returns will not be processed without this number. Items must be in their original condition, as used/damaged items will not be accepted. Items must be carefully packed in a sturdy box. I will not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in return delivery.

Once I have received your package, I will email you to let you know that we have received the item, and how to use your store credit. If the item you received was damaged, defective or incorrect, I will be happy to refund your return postage costs.

Postage and Packaging

All orders are posted via Royal Mail. Cost of shipping is determined by size and weight of purchased items and is shown in the shopping cart.

All ‘in stock’ orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days, although most deliveries will arrive sooner than this. Custom orders will vary in time depending on current business levels but will take no longer than 4 weeks. I will indicate a timescale for the finished item when you first make your enquiry for a custom order.

Express Orders

If you require an item to be delivered quicker than the above quoted time please email and I will let you know if this is possible. There may be an additional charge for confirmed delivery on a specific day.

International Customers

Unfortunately, I currently only ship within the UK.

Payment

Payments are made via PayPal, a secure online payment system. You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account when paying with a credit/debit card, although you can create an account when paying for an item, making future purchases super-easy.
